Confirmation email not yet received. Although I had booked and submitted my wife’s name for Dentist appointment, It is not seen in the booked list. Would’nt it be better to post Doc’s & Dentist’s bookings seperately for better understanding, I wonder!

The booking system is Ok. But one main problem is with the working days of ECHS. On 09 Apr 2025 I booked for my wife at 9.45 AM slot on 10 Apr 2025. I reached ECHS at 0915 AM on 10 Apr 2025 and I noticed that the front gate is closed due to closed holiday. I came from 75 Kms away and this type of negligences to be avoided from their parts. Finally I consulted with cardiologist on cash payment as my was very down as there was variations in ECG taken from my native hospital. Due to this I spent Rs 4000/-. Again I booked the doctors appointment for 11 Apr 2025 and info the OIC ECHS about this kind of lapses to be avoided in future.

Everything is fine to me but back to ECHS “again” for receiving the medicines with the prescription from affiliated hospitals are still a burden . Also we are not sure about the avilabiliy of them.
Earlier we used to get the prescribed medicines from those hospitals it self .

The present booking system is bit uncomfortable for the patients as only one option for appointment for doctor is available. This will creat more difficulty for the patients coming from far flung areas. Hence the old system to choose the time slot to be provided.

I am writing this feeling ashamed to be in such a clinic. And I feel pity that this how a late ex-serviceman’s dependant is treated. My mother and I went to ECHS, Perinthalmanna with an emergency. The doctor there was scolding my mother and myself as we were late when we visited. We should’ve come early so that he could give referral and blood checkup according to his convenience. We even called the clinic before going there and that’s what the reaction we got from a government doctor. It was really embarassing the way the doctor treated my mother. After doing all this, he gave the referral at last.
I strongly feel that this incident is a total disgrace for every doctor’s work ethic. It is painful that a doctor who should have all the patience in this world is doing this.

മാസങ്ങളായി എന്തോ കുഴപ്പം കാണുന്നു. വളരെ നല്ല രീതിയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരുന്ന ഇത് ഇപ്പോൾ മോശമായാണ് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്. Date സെലക്ട്‌ ചെയ്താൽ സമയം കിട്ടാതെ വരുന്നു. Submit കൊടുത്താൽ ശരിയാകാതെയും. വിവരം ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. അന്ന് ഭൂരിപക്ഷം പേരും ഈ പരാതി ഉള്ളവർ ആയിരുന്നു. ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുമല്ലോ.

My Son Mohammed Jasir was given appointment for visiting Dental Doctor on 14 Nov 2022 at 1400 hrs (appointment number is 31511). When he visited ECHS as per the appointment time, he was informed that the doctor is not available on that date. It is a very hardship for the people who come from distance locations and not able to meet doctor.
If doctor was not available on that date, he should have been given another date so that unnecessary travelling must have been avoided.

Online appointment booking facility is really helpful. Thank you ECHS!!!

You should also provide a telephone booking option for beneficiaries who don’t have smartphones or exposure to digital medias. This time my son helped me , then what about single living beneficiaries.

Without email token is not getting generated. Mandatory field should be in proper manner.

One of my other suggestion is that my medical claim has veen submitted from ECHS to BPA one month back, but even passing of one month the amount has not yet veen adjusted so far, such type of step may eargerly huzzle mr

Token number should be automatically forwarded to the indivuals mobile number because most of the ex man does not having mail address or not having adequate jnowkedge for opening mail…. Otherwise this sys are easiest than previous

The confimation of booking should be sent to tje concerned mobile number which was furnished while on booking, where as confirmation on email is far difficult

This booking system is fast and formost but few ex servicemen are still not being adhere about this modern technology, so some fall off shouls be consideted
